Outside captains, for some reason Chakotay seems to me to be the most likely to be a coffee snob. Complete with a 10 minute monologue on how coffee beans are sacred or whatever when he launches into his '90s after-school special.

@LiberalLibrarian Archer drank coffee in Enterprise. Scotty, McCoy, and Kirk drank it in TOS. Coffee was ordered several times on DS9. And Janeway always drank coffee on Voyager. :)
