It is so simple to do!
Rhubarb pieces, brown sugar, ground ginger and butter in a pan and let simmer on low heat in whatever cooking vessel you choose.
The smoker gave it a wonderful aroma.
When the rhubarb pieces are super soft and the sauce caramellised, ladle on top of vanilla ice cream.
