I'd trade the ALTA for someone taking on the army corps regs. This is going to be brutal. Justifying moving a stream that starts at a pipe by a road, and only is wet during and immediately after a rain event. You'd think I was asking to go out and strangle egrets and bog turtles or red bellied cooters

@Kurtroedeger I just got some old deeds from my SIL that my brother had squirreled away. From family stuff back in CT. Will have to post pics later and will be doing some research.
