@Kurtroedeger Oooo looks good!
What's on the #kurtshinnanigans list today?
@PurpleDragon work and cooking/eating.
Cleared the monthly invoices. Now I'm going through DEP/army corps joint permitting requirements for stream obstructions for a site I'm adding a couple culverts on. Exciting stuff. 😂
@Kurtroedeger Culverts, very "moving" stuff lol
I'll also be working later. Apparently we've reached the ALTA level of hell. I didn't even know Dante had a clue about those 😂
@PurpleDragon @Kurtroedeger wait, what? 😱
@altamaha 🤣 special level of hell for us surveyor types #worktoot
@Kurtroedeger
@PurpleDragon @Kurtroedeger whew, wondering what I did this time 😂
@altamaha Well I'm sure it was "something " but I'm not on the same level as you 😆
Fun stuff reading through old recorded easements and deeds... And sometimes not recorded items 🙄🤦🏻♀️

I'd trade the ALTA for someone taking on the army corps regs. This is going to be brutal. Justifying moving a stream that starts at a pipe by a road, and only is wet during and immediately after a rain event. You'd think I was asking to go out and strangle egrets and bog turtles or red bellied cooters
@PurpleDragon my record is one dated from before the USA was actually a country. Pre 1776 😂
Referenced the king and William Penn.
@Kurtroedeger Wow how cool is that! It's like document archeology
@Kurtroedeger Nice. Run into that a lot out here in the wild west
