@jeffdavenport While the Talking Heads are arguably a better band, with more complex works than Joy Division [or even New Order, for that matter,] I still vote for Joy Division due to the great associative memories I have of where and when I heard their music...
@jeffdavenport Both bands were incredibly influential.
@JasonCrocker616 I’m in the same camp I think. I can’t decide - I like both about equally, but for the reasons similar to yours.
