I can't help but feel that the only people who have positive feelings about the public school system are neurotypical. Of course they would. The system was designed for them.
If you're neurodivergent, on the other hand...well, let's just say it's hard to have good opinions about a system that was never designed for you and was set up to fail you.
@JCAlexandreWrites I draw that line along the boundary of those who understand how people—all people—learn, and those who don't.
But then, I'm probably more than a little biased.
