Personal note:

As I continue my fasting routine. I am using "Ginger Chews", as a mild appetite suppressant. Also drink a healthy lemon-and-ginger beverage two or three times a day to maximize the hydration and appetite suppressing properties of ginger and lemon.

Seems to work.
