Flavor hack! This comes from a wonderful black grandma named Mama T out of Alabama.
Add a spoon of Grey Poupon to you sausage gravy to punch up the flavor even more.

If it had been a tie for a second time, I would have made a breakfast burrito covered in sausage gravy, as that would have been the will of the people!

@Idrake IKEA adds Dijon to their gravy :)
@Idrake I put mustard in a ton of things I cook - gravies, chili, sauces, as well as dressings. I use stone ground.
