1. couple gallons of tomato soup
2. flat of tomato jam
3. flat of tomato paste
Bought a dehydrator and made:
4. 3/4 L of dried tomatoes in olive oil

Sundried tomatoes from the store tend to taste like anchovies. I like anchovies but no one else in the house does. The ones made at home, since they are only dehydrated tomatoes, olive oil, and a bit of vinegar taste like pure tomato.
Yes, there's still tomatoes on the plants; will preserve in oil.
