Kelly would be the best bet.
He checks all the boxes. Add that he is a former astronaut and and pro- reproductive health.
Not happy about some of his energy beliefs, but there is no perfect candidate.

@feloneouscat the problem with Kelly is that the Dems need to keep the Senate, and can't risk losing a seat. That's why I think Harris will pick a Governor, and my gut feeling is that Cooper will get the nod to keep North Carolina in play.
