Soooo difficult to find them properly cooked. Most all restaurants cook them to hell & back.
@GaryPoole Over easy usually but I get creative sometimes. I make a giant 'pancake' of whipped eggs with sundried tomatoes, herbs, lil onion/garlic, mushrooms and bits of cheddar cheese mixed in. The whole thing is flipped over, not folded like an omelette.
@GaryPoole poached is my preference otherwise over very easy just enough to finish cooking the whites
