@FireMonkey No lying, the other side is just... sand, I'm sure of it.
I finally learned the ice bath trick right after boiling.
@FireMonkey How on earth do you peel an egg perfectly?!? I have tried many different ways and have never succeeded
it always helps if your eggs are over a week old ...
i cook my in the air fryer - perfect almost every time 😊
Well, for my air fryer I place the eggs straight from the fridge into the fryer and cook for 17 minutes @ 275
If I want I softer yolk I cook them a minute less
Then I take them out and run them under cold water for a couple minutes
Peel - done!
You’ll have to experiment a little bit to figure how long to cook them to get the results you want
😊
@Bliss
Well to be honest in this case I just cooked some pasta and I dropped them in after and let them cook for a while. I forgot and then I turned it off and let it sit overnight before I remembered them and then in the morning I ran them under some cold water and scrub them off because one of them cracked. Then I put them in the fridge and then the first one that was cracked I opened up it split into. I scooped it out with a spoon and it came out nicely and this is the second one. Wabi sabi.
@FireMonkey thank you!
Then powdered in Creole and Tajin seasonings.
Okay, that's breakfast. Followed by another brownie brittle.
