I doubt that they will count those. Depends upon the county. There is no nat'l standard.
I have been promoting REGISTRATION and VOTING parties. Get your unregistered friends together and have them bring THEIR unregistered friends. All go together to get registered. Provide transportation. All stick together. Festivities begin afterward. Do the same for voting
