I doubt that they will count those. Depends upon the county. There is no nat'l standard.

I have been promoting REGISTRATION and VOTING parties. Get your unregistered friends together and have them bring THEIR unregistered friends. All go together to get registered. Provide transportation. All stick together. Festivities begin afterward. Do the same for voting

@UnTied @VolleyB if I'm recalling the correct race there's about a .8% difference between them or about 1,500 votes, they found some more that makes it closer to 500 votes, and there's some three to five thousand provisional and absentee votes all of course from left-leaning districts.
