Made some small changes, though. Using Krusteaz Gluten free baking flour with an extra half tsp of xantham gum, cutting the cinnamon in half, subbing 1/2 cup of the sugar for brown sugar. Oh, and I don't have walnuts so I'm using pecans which will probably be better anyway. Though I love that dry walnut flavor, too. I also whisk most of the dry together except the sugar and cinnamon before adding to the rest.
