Easy way for me to lose a couple hours in the garage. Cleaned up the work bench some more and then made a little cup. It's from scrap wood left over from the timber frames in our house. Not the greatest for turning. Some problems with tear out in a couple spots, but still easy relaxing time for me.
@Kurtroedeger I've turned metal but never wood. Always fancied having a go.
@stueytheround I'm having fun with it. βΊοΈ. Been mostly making pens, but prepping to make larger things.
@stueytheround working a glue up for what will get an epoxy pour to make a shallow bowl, and these bamboo chopsticks will get epoxy in the cracks to be a pen then.
