What impact (if any) will the removal of Wagner forces from the northern occupied territory have on the stability of that that part of the front? Is there potentially something UKR forces can exploit here?
@voltronic Very little effect. What's left of Wagner's combat forces were withdrawn from the front several weeks ago.
Any effects will be felt will be behind the Russian lines.

Will it be more possible for Russian conscripts to retreat or surrender without being victims of “friendly” fire?
@EileenKCarpenter Much would depend on location. High intensity areas have Chechen blocking forces behind the Russian regulars, making retreat a non-option.
