You can stop donating to the big campaigns. They have more money than time to spend it.
Donate to the local and state campaigns. They are far more likely to be running short or worrying about overextending.
Democrats are sending money down ticket.
Republicans are sending it to Trump’s lawyers.
But very little of that reaches the Democrat running in a blood red district to have ballot representation. Or the school board candidate running against a book banner.
Jaime Harrison smashed Beto's campaign contribution record. Amy McGrath was a big recipient of late campaign donations, as was Sara Gideon.
None had enough time to spend the money that came in. And, of course, none won.
At this point in the campaign, the local and state candidates are scraping for quarters in the seats of the vans to buy gas. 🤷
