Harvey Weinstein's lawyer is representing Delta suing Microsoft and Crowdstrike.

@Cosmichomicide I mean yeah, I can get why crowdstrike could be sued..I'm not sure they have much of a leg to stand on vs Microsoft, unless I'm missing something about the whole story π€
There was an earlier unrelated Azure regional outage, so I think they are using it to cast the widest possible money net for settlement.
But yeah, good luck with that.

If someone sells me a defective water heater and my house burns down, I'm not wrong to sue the manufacturer, even if I hated my house.
How does the lawyer having represented Weinstein factor into this?
