@Cosmichomicide I mean yeah, I can get why crowdstrike could be sued..I'm not sure they have much of a leg to stand on vs Microsoft, unless I'm missing something about the whole story 🤔

There was an earlier unrelated Azure regional outage, so I think they are using it to cast the widest possible money net for settlement.
