I look at this and think, in 20 years, that thing will be in the water with rising oceans. Maybe not all the time, but definitely at high tides.
The prices is stupid with that in mind.

@Kurtroedeger looks like someone’s thinking the same as you and getting out while they can still walk away instead of wash away.

@Coffee_and_Salt most people who can drop $14 million on that can afford to lose it. But yeah, get out now would be my recommendation if I was a realtor.
Also, find where the new beach line will be and start buying up that realestate cheaper because right now it's not beach front.
But unless I win the lottery I won't ever have those concerns.
