Every time I'm asked to step on the scale at the doctor's office.
@Agatha heh on more than one occasion I grumpily insisted on removing my shoes first.
@Coffee_and_Salt @Agatha I want to start refusing to be weighed at the doctor's because I don't need that kind of negativity in my life 😛
@SmirkingRaven @Agatha have you tried saying “I weighed this morning it’s blah blah point blah?”
@Coffee_and_Salt @Agatha Nah. You can refuse, I just have anxiety over telling them no for some reason. It's not necessary except in cases of certain meds, drastic gains/losses, etc.
