@Coffee_and_Salt doing my best to find the bravery to leave the house tbh. Making sure I look at my oldest when he goes to school so I can remember what he’s wearing. Trying to distract my self with my studies and my busy ass kids schedules

@Coffee_and_Salt yes and no. My oldest is in a collegiate program so after the school year is over he’s back for another month for an additional class 😒

I am terrified for my friends and anyone who has to live under this BS. I believe we will get through it, but I lament how many will suffer and die needlessly in the meantime. Nice to meet you. Keep safe.

In the meantime - PC gaming! Love the RPG variety - really love the forgotten realms series - Baldur’s Gate, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter, etc. there’s BG3 coming out and I’ve been losing my mind over it. Had to build a new pc to be able to play the early access. Don’t play as often as I used to, but do you have any you’d suggest trying out?

@SaltyVeruca I do too. Curating is definitely an option and a way to maintain certain boundaries and I do encourage it.
I believe for some very active folks even curating has a bit of a boundary.
Post what you feel. You’ve got great things to share and are a sharp one. You bring to the table, you don’t detract.
And also I’m not being self righteous, me being heavy can be a reason to mute me!
(But I do post silly animal stuff from time to time so you might miss that 😆)

Have you ever been in the dark, as a kid or maybe an adult, the lights went out by surprise, have you ever reached out in that dark moment and found someone, a hand an arm, anything and in that second you felt you could regroup?
Kinda want everyone to just reach out in the dark. If we all reach maybe we will find each other and feel like we can face it again.
@Coffee_and_Salt I'm sucked in to video games (the kid wanted the sims expansion where you could take them to high school), so barely here, but fine. I'll give you a middle finger suggestion, though. If you want to add an extra zing to the gesture, stick it up your nose.
