#Memories
of my dad
1/2
When I was a young kid, maybe about 5 or 6, we had a neighbor that regularly beat on his wife. I did not know, but all the adults did. One day I came home from school and this unfortunate woman was crying in my moms kitchen. Later on my dad came home from work, made a few phone calls, then went out. Only years latter did I find out that 4 neighborhood men went a visiting. Put that sob in the hospital for over a month.

I do understand. Just sick of people thinking they can do whatever they please, and others having to pay.
I realize it could have opposite consequences if applied incorrectly.
Knew of a dude in the extended Tampa "dirt rock/alt rock/Deadhead" community circa early '90s who roofied someone.
Couple of weeks later dude got his ass beat so bad he left town and never came back as far as I know.
Alls I'm sayin.'

If the cops hands are tied or won't show up or too overworked...
Appropriate vigilantism is when nobody comes to beat you up for beating up the wife beater.
Also known as the Soprano method of neighborhood policing.

It's a narrow line. Make your choices appropriately.
As someone here might say - there's an unequal amount of good and bad...
@CinnamonGirlE
Well, it is vigilantism.
