@VictoriaLandis1 The northeast which is where I grew up and where my kids were born. We're aiming for MA, but not ruling out CT, VT, NY, or ME. Wherever we can settle down and just live our authentic self lives without a governor actively trying to kill us.

Looking at NC, perhaps in a year or so.
@VictoriaLandis1 We moved here in 2006 to be closer to family and I feel like it's definitely gotten significantly worse the past 4 years or so.

Agreed. Also, wait till everyone gets the insurance hikes. There's a little known law here that allows the state to demand $ contributions into the general fund from ins cos to shore up Citizens, from ALL insurance cos - whether it's car, property, rental, whatever. It's all going up.
@VictoriaLandis1 Yeah, my homeowners has been creeping up each year. It just renewed and thankfully is still lower that many people got hit with this year, but it's just one more reason to pack up and gooooooo before I can't afford to live inside a building any more.
