It still costs a damn dollar because you don't have 5 for the bundle. You have 3 bucks and have to scratch together something to feed the kids.

It absolutely is so much more expensive in so many ways. Lack of financial literacy is common among poor people and will bite you in the butt. Missing out on compounding interest because you can't afford to save anything. Predatory mortgages. Predatory payday loans. The list goes on. 😟
