@Bix It baffles me how a normal human reaction is "that's not right."
Crying... happens when the body is overcome with emotion. It's why we cry when sad, it's why we cry when happy, it is why we cry when angry.
These people consistantly like to deny biological facts...
@Bix I would love to see a compilation of all these people saying a kid crying on stage is a bad thing... of them crying at things... like, their comment, then cut to them doing exactly what they're mocking. Highlighting their hypocracy.
Watching Gus cry because his heart overflowed with love and pride for his father was one of the most beautiful things I've seen this year. And I'll have words with anyone who says anything negative about it in my presence.

@Bix @JoyfullyDazed Their version of Jesus is not the same one spoken about in the bible. Theirs is just like them, hating who they hate.
Whatever happens in the afterlife, best be mindful of the luggage that goes with you.
@JoyfullyDazed @sentientdessert @Bix The people that openly mock sweet teenagers like Gus have nothing to look forward to after death. If they claim Christ they are only deluding themselves. Their actions show that they do not know Jesus and He won't recognize them in return.
These people only feel fear, hate, and anger, which they do not consider emotions.

I rarely ever get teary-eyed, but watching Gus made my eyes pretty blurry.

@Anouk @Bix The same for me. Three of the four people in my house are on the autism spectrum and recently it's been looking like that might actually be 4/4. First, a young man with a nonverbal learning disorder stands up and shouts "that's my dad!" 😭 Then they go on stage as a family and Gus hugs Tim and then turns and realizes he's in front of the audience, and this young man with anxiety disorders and everything else going on just handles it 😭 How well they've handled Gus is enough for my vote
