But for personal reasons, will not buy e-books from Amazon. Not just the DRM they add, but the monopoly that they are. Can I buy an e-pub version directly from you? Or any other outlet.

@corlin they are available in printed versions but only available through Amazon as they are the ones that print them. I am of mixed feelings. Amazon is not great but they did allow me to have a platform to share this with the world so I am genuinely grateful for that. People can buy my books and I get reasonable royalties for them. You are still supporting an indie author/artist. For all that is bad about Amazon, this is a really great thing they do. The code is only available in print.
Ok I will put an order in for the hard copies, at my local independent bookstore.

I do understand why authors feel they need to deal with them. There is no other good alternative.
There are alternatives, but they require a huge amount of work.
@corlin sounds good. Yeah querying agents would have been a waste of time for this book. It is so different no one would ever take a chance on it. If you do end up coming across copies I hope you enjoy it.
