Roughly 6 years ago...

I signed up to reserve my user name.
Days, weeks later I came here to scream into a void, assuming it was empty like the other mastodon instances I was on.
I came here to vent about a programming language I was having a hard time with.

And then something strange happened.

I was welcomed into the community.

I was welcomed.

Online

On social media.

This changed everything. I came back. And kept coming back. Then I found friends. And a tribe.

^^ I've since nuked the original user. And donned one who is more me in this part of my life.

But I kept my friends here.

And I'll always be a part of CoSo

And CoSo will always be a part of me.
