Witness is drunk. Not wrong, but time challenged in his memory. That's why I didn't use that video in my thread.
He wasn't ignored, it took several long minutes to get eyes on the assassin and confirm that he had a rifle. That's how the counter-sniper team knew the general direction to look at.
