A friend just sent this to me. Does this actually relax anybody? All I get is distracted by the continuous panning; it's definitely not having the intended effect.

shiatty audio recording. lots of echos distracted me from what message was being sent
btw i am on a PC and cannot turn my screen.. which makes it worse
