Excellent reasoning! I suppose the 4015 subcardioid or 4018 hypercardoid would also work well, but I don't own those.
If someone was being pedantic, the model is technically the 4011A - the 4011 is just the modular capsule and the A denotes the MMP-A amplifier body (as opposed to the -C, -ER, or -ES compact amplifier variants).

Mic is harder.. I'm going for a DPA of some sort. Not sure there's any clue in the pic as to the model, but if I had to be specific, I'd guess a 4011?
