I just ordered these from my favorite coffee supplier. I have had aged coffee before, but never this one. The second is one of my all time favorites.

Quite the opposite. Read the description. While I've never had this one, the ones I have had all were varying levels of earthy, spicy, and ask had complex flavors. Sometimes this roaster sells beans that have been aged in bourbon barrels.
@voltronic I have never heard of aged coffee before. What does it do to the taste? More mellow?
