Hi there! I'm a public school educator. It's so great to see that you want to work with your teachers instead of against them. In the time I've been teaching, we had a very adversarial board for a long time, but about 8 years ago we were able to get it completely flipped. While we still face challenges with admin, our relationship with our board is very collaborative supportive.
