@Tail SO intrusive. 8am-5pm thurs* anytime, so they might have the displeasure of waking me up. lol
looking to buy, but man, the process is slow-going and i'm not able to buy alone since i don't make enough for mortgage here to be 30% of my income. le sigh

Inspections are bad, but we had one creeper maintenance guy at the last apartment complex we lived at. He was in to do some drywall work while we were out one day. We came home to find fingerprints of joint compound on a tumbler in the kitchen. Then we went into our bedroom, and in our closet - More joint compound fingerprints on some of my slacks, and a few of my wife's dresses. Needles to say, I went nuclear in the office the next morning.

I won't allow inspections while I'm not home. Too paranoid about them letting my cat out, among other things...
