Would legal and infosec experts here please weigh in on the issues in the linked thread regarding the codeword-level system in the WH?
1. Does House Intel Cmte. truly have clearance to view anything and everything on this system?
2. How would chain of custody and access be managed to enable a forensic search said system for evidence?
3. What is the likelihood this system is scrubbed of anything incriminating before any potential examination? Would there be backups?
