Cloudflare WARP is now out. It seems that to access their touted headline feature of routing traffic through their servers for a very fast mobile VPN experience, you need WARP+ data credits. You get credits through referrals, or you can pay $4.99/mo for unlimited data.

It's free on my mobile, if I want the connection to be routed through faster servers it's a paid plan. They seem big on referrals. No plan is going to make my slow internet connection any faster. 🤣

Well, I think the main attraction here is using it while on mobile data or on public WiFi.

I got that. Your connection is only going to be as fast as the slowest link.
The point of what they are doing here is giving you a VPN that (theoretically) doesn't slow down your connection like most of the others.

Yep, it's the weak link. :)
So far it's the only VPN I've tried that doesn't slow the connection down. I don't know how well that will hold up over time as more people use the service though.

It looks that way, it's only on mobile for now. My tablet is routed through WiFi, that's the slow connection I mentioned.
