I haven’t read and/or bought a comic book for myself in many years. I loved season one of #papergirls & I was really bummed to discover that it had already been cancelled. So I had to get this to find out what happens. #comicbooks

I never have to go to urgent care but I had to tonight because I woke up with one side of my face swollen. The Well Now on Union & Walden was amazing. They found a 24 hour pharmacy immediately so I could get my antibiotic tonight.

Most of the house are doing an overnight at a friends so it’s just the two trans family members here tonight. We went shopping and we are now feasting on delicious Indian food.

2022 ended badly. Lost a couple of important people in my life, all of my out of town plans got cancelled. In many way it was a good year though up until December. Most importantly for me it is the year I found my #transjoy. I have never felt better about myself.

Just watched #glassonion and it was amazing. What a fun film.

I’ve really been considering giving up on wearing contacts. As my eyes get worse it just gets more difficult with them. I need reading glasses sometimes when I’m wearing them. This has been happening more and more since I’ve had to start wearing progressive lenses. I generally have no problems with my glasses ever. They can be annoying and in the way sometimes but I can always see just fine..

I’m finally watching the last couple of episodes of #TheWalkingDead. When the door to the Commonwealth is opened had a big #dayofthedead feel to it. When the zombies are lowered into the compound.

Finally started watching #queerforfear on #shudder. The first episode was fascinating. I can’t wait to see what else it covers. #horror #horrormovies #queerhorror

I’m also looking forward to 2023 because it’s next week and should mean our nightmare in Buffalo at the moment will be over. I’m lucky because my family and I are all safe and have not lost power. Shoveling this much snow seems impossible however.

After doing a couple of comparison picks from the beginning of 2022 and the end of 2022 it really blows my mind seeing difference being on hormone treatment for over a year has made. It’s obvious here physically but it has also made a huge difference mentally. The year has been full of a lot of ups and downs but I’m really looking forward to 2023.
