Yesterday was the anniversary of #flashgordon 1980. It triggered some forgotten/repressed memories. I now vividly recall after seeing it wanting to be Princess Aura of all the characters. I thought she was beautiful & had the best outfits in that movie. If only I could be her but it seemed impossible.

Got a much needed #haircut today.

So something is my marked wrong in my file at my PCP’s office & they just gave me the dementia test.

RIP #christinemcvie. She was my favorite me ever of #fleetwoodmac. Her work with them & her solo stuff was all amazing. A true loss. 😥

Please bands do not DM people you don’t know about your show. That whole conversation made me really uncomfortable.

I’ve been feeling more sentimental lately. I’ve also been feeling more of a need to be around & do things with other people. At first I though it had to do with my transition. Like a mix of being more emotional from HRT & being more comfortable with myself. Last night it occurred to me that it could just be me getting old.

It was amusing seeing my counselor get jealous when I told her I’m going to see #cursive perform #domestica in its entirety next week.

I broke down and created a BeReal account last night. It sounds too annoying & inconvenient not to have. #bereal

Last my friend & I were the DJs at #thecure vs #thesmiths #burlesque show that also had two cover bands. We’ve been doing an annual vs #danceparty of those two bands for 20 years now. Anyway the MC for the burlesque show was an old friend. We were the DJs for her first wedding & I was the DJ for her second. She also worked the door for a lot of our dance parties years ago. She rules & it was great to have the old crew together.

The kids are getting their Christmas photos done today which means Daph & I will be getting bubble tea after. The place in the mall is actually very good. We are the only two in our household that like it. #christmasphotos #bubbletea #themall
