@Valkaru exactly. Unless they have moved in past few years, Outside Oaklahoma city is the home to Aryan Brotherhood. How is it we let organized crime flourish for decades?
^^^ one last thing.
I am 2.5 years into mindfulness and meditation. I can tell you for a fact, years of deep meditation can change you in woo woo ways.
I shit you not. Yes I've got some new sensitivities im wrapping my head around.
In the past few months, I have something psychic or metaphysical happening. I'll talk about it after I study this for a while.
This is not unusual. At the exyreme end, Yogis have reported manipulating the quantum spin in their atoms to levitate &other weird stuff
^^^ I know this sound heavy.
I'm at the part of mindfulness practice where I reach out to different (left behind) groups to understand their suffering (leads to empathy & the compassion to help)
I also opened myself completely open minded, no judgemeets, and loving kindness (all mindfulness practices)
Now, about climate. I'm working with a group to create messaging that would be compelling to deniers. Huge task.
If anyone has ideas or want be involved, let me know. ALL are welcome.
Twitter Spaces have given me a deeper understanding of the specific suffering of underrepresented groups.
Specifically w/indigenous (native) Americans and Cultural and technology appropriation. And π― white supremacy. Atrocities to this day.
This need to be healed. Including the systemic supremacy in gov, banking, housing etc
They have tech we will likely need to survive. Most believe climate will kill billions but some may survive and will need to know how to survive.

OH WOW

I can't wait to see gop response to this.
If you a woman you like this for sure
@Graci this has never happened before. Well inland, mountians, forest and the storm matained its strength. We won't know the full extent for months.
@Tbdev I would take mine too. I can imagine how hard that was.
@Minholkin I like that. Lol
HELENE - account from Chimney Rock survivor
This is scary af. It reminded me of those who had to run from room to room, throw over a couch, and hide while the house was blown apart around them.
This is worse. As they tried to escape the road and guardrail began to slip away. π±
It's a long post but read if you can. We have never had a storm drive into mountians. It's catastrophic. We won't know full details or death for months. πͺ·

Appalachia. Warning: CW Show more
Yesterday I heard a first hand story from a women in northern geogia/Appalachia area.
She joined a twitter spaces on climate, shes been a member for 2 years so everyone knew her.
I did not post what she described because I know how shock can make people exaggerate. We saw this in Katrina and others.
I'm putting the next post under CW
Note: if you are empathic or really sensitive to suffering as I have become after 2 years meditation, prepare and protect yourself.

@LSWellesley I don't want to say specifics. I π she exaggerated. I'm afraid she didn't.
She did say 6 Flags outside Atlanta was covered in 6 feet of sand but that may be public
No comms, helo rescue only, no press, no reports. The country doesn't know this yet. She managed to upload a video to YouTube. I'll post it shortly.
