It's because I quit weed about 5-6 days ago. Another few days and I should be good.

I'm encouraged that a state that has practically zero gun laws arrested the shooters father.
Al least these actions to hold parent responsible may help deter parents from letting their kids access to guns.
It doesn't solve the problem, but it may help, a little.
