43 monkies escaped from a lab. South Carolina tells people to lock everything and shelter in place.
I'm going to look up the facility they escaped from, maybe I can glean something about what these monkies are carrying.
Maybe they are mean/aggressive and told ppl to stay in because of that.
But seriously. Does anyone have more info on this?

Primate escape from S.Carolina research facility:
From NPR:
"The monkeys had never been used for testing due to their young age, and they're too young to carry diseases,..."
And from South Carolina Public Radio:"The primates are exhibiting calm and playful behavior, which is a positive indication."
All are female, each about the size of a cat, & weight about 7 lb.each
Food is being used to lure them back into the facility.
^^ these are female juveniles that weigh 6 to 7 lbs (God I have animal testing)
IM ON TEAM.MONKEY, LET THEM PLAY!
