My daughter was driving to work in detroit and saw some kind of rocket or missile launch. She is looking east when these pics were taken this morning
Then it turned west and the you could see the contrail over my house.
Weird. Let me know if anyone has info. Just curious, not freaking out or anything lol.

From this distance, it looks pretty big, so it must have some kind of airspace clearance or something
dunno how your area manage this, but the Data from FAA should be available somewhere,
i.e: so pilots can avoid the launch area
@ucantstop_me could be a mobile system.
sometimes they test strange stuff like drones and weather probes over cornfields, usually after the harvest.
prolly cost less insurances and rent
