MY SON COMES HOME TODAY!
He says he's ready. He'll have outpatient groups &counselors 3x week in the 25 month drug court program.
Both husband &I are a little nervous from the previous trauma. But we reaffirmed what we learned about how to communicate w/o misunderstandings. (Critical with neurodivergents)
He will have to work full time
(Court order) this will be great for him and an indicator of his wellbeing. he had not been able to hold jobs bc addition behaviors. ❤️
^^^ drug court it 15 months (not 25) the drug felony drops
His probation is 2 years
In 5 years he can petition to have the (non violent) gun felony charge expunged. They have expunged pol sooner sometimes if you show behavior that benefits people, community, socioty etc.
