^^ FYI rhe rehab is being paid for by Catholic Charities. They work with the drug court to provide rehab and they also run the outpatient sessions.
8 years of escalating addiction and our own attempts to get him treatment and it takes getting a drug charge to open all these resources.

Reactive, not proactive is a terrible way to handle things.
I wish the very best to your son π©· it's a hard road, but he can do it! Also, get him tested for adhd/bipolar/etc. I tell everyone that adhd is a major cause of substance abuse. Anywhere from like 20-50% of people who become addicted to drugs have adhd (both dx'd & not yet dx'd). Treating the disorder helps with the dopamine hunt.
