For people who understand twitter's algorithm
The privatizing of likes has spawned this practice of replying with "like" Most notably Mark Hamill
I can see how this can clog your "replies" feed and started thinking π
Is there any way to fuck up the algorithm to elevate the Force and lessen the Dark Side?
Since Sinclair injected the flawed WSJ piece. As well as other srs biased outlets << I see the scope and reach of the right wing media empire and I think this is going to be a challenge.
@ecksmc yeah. I know. Almost makes me want to get one until post election. I plan on posting and elevating political issues in a mindful way, with facts and no negative emotions.
The site is trash. But doing this would help me discover which mindful techniques would help deescalate haters (in furtherance of my teaching cred and a possible book )
But I also want my mindful perspective to reach all But the most rabid of supporters.
@ecksmc I also use a book called "Mindfulness based stress reduction for Borderline Personality Disorder" << really good examples of how to communicate in a better way. Not just limited to BPD. It helped me establish better communications with my son that has helped us build trust and healing.
@ucantstop_me facts just get in the way of peoples anger π
Jokin aside I'm sure your posts will reach some who will find them helpful π we all need to understand how to communicate a little better online these days - I know I do - good luck π
@ucantstop_me personally I stopped "liking" posts over there and stopped replying to posts and very rarely RT any in a way to fuck the algorithm lol no luck really
Algorithms are gonna bump the blue tick accounts no matter what - the more popular an account is the more the algorithm favours it - its a popular contest over there
