Roger Stone is an idiot and I can't possibly take this seriously. You can't make a Constitutional Amendment apply to SOME people without amending the amendment.
Let's recall that Rog is the dude who very seriously insisted that he witnessed a portal to Hell open up in the sky after Biden was inaugurated.
Let's not even get into the utter lack of any clear legal definition of who's a "patriot".
