I've done some heavy journaling, and a lot of thinking. I'm going to head to bed for now.

Bright side, Ive had a good rest day and it's back to full sessions at the gym tomorrow.

No failure is permanent if you refuse to quit. As long as you get back up, it just becomes a setback that will make you stronger.

On your drive to the gym focus on those bright side emotions, really focus how grateful or happy you are getting back to gym. Exaggerate those positive emotions, try to feel it your heart. You will feel better

While at the gym think about what you want that failed (job?) But pretend you are already successful and doing it. You will feel better and hey that good thing might happen.

It's not new but I can confirm the benefits of purposely elevating emotions. ❤️🤞🧘‍♀️
