UPDATE

Recovery from the back surgery is going really well. I hope to get back to work after new year.

It is harder for me to meditate well when in physical pain - I can focus to reduce pain but it takes all my energy. But since surgery no bad pain, no cramps/spasms.

I am still restricting my movements, keeping torso tight. That is still necessary.

I'm going to do a deep meditation tonight. First in a while. I have this gizmo that reports on brainwaves during meditation. πŸ€“πŸ€“πŸ€“πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈβœŒπŸ»
