So I'm gently forcing myself to get back in the good emotions.. acceptance, non judgement through #mindfulness
Laughter/good moods are the best medicine because your nervous system produces good endorphins and not stress hormones << some think this can heal ppl.
That's obviously for an individual.
I'm going to.see if the energy (or luck) in the house changes. << this part is experimental.
Definitely works individually.
